Dr. Oliver Bandte

Dr. Bandte is the President of our US office and responsible for the entire Americas Region. He has 15 years of experience in project and client management, Business Analytics, modeling consumer and design decision processes, as well as optimization. During this time Dr. Bandte spent eight years designing and implementing Agent-Based Models for FORTUNE 500 companies.
He has worked with industry leaders in a variety of sectors, among them Health Insurance, Life Science, Retail, CPG, Marketing, Entertainment, Energy, Electronics and Aerospace.
Before joining Analyx, Dr. Bandte worked for Waterstone Analytics, a leading Business Analytics consultancy, as well as Icosystem and Bios Group, pioneers in the development of Agent-Based Models and advanced optimization techniques. Dr. Bandte holds a PhD and Masters degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, U.S., and a Dipl.-Ing. form the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany. He is fluent in English and German.
Sascha Stürze
Sascha Stürze studied Business &
Information Systems in Germany and the US with a focus on ERP and
Data Mining. Still at university, he was the co-founder and
Managing Director of the German IT service provider mediado
developing e-commerce solutions for medium-sized companies.
After graduation Sascha worked four years with McKinsey & Company, one of the largest strategy consultancies in the world. As a consultant & team leader he focused on supporting clients in the High-Tech and Telecommunications sectors. Among others, he worked nearly two years at one of Germany's 4 Mobile Network Operators on optimizing customer retention and the associated service center processes relying heavily on data analytics. In 2004, Sascha joined the McKinsey Global Institute in San Francisco - the consulting firm's economics think tank. His 12-month research project dealt with the opportunities of service delivery from emerging economies with a focus on Central & Eastern Europe.
Together with two Senior Business Angels in the board (Armin Timmermann & Dietmar Meyersiek), Sascha Stürze founded Analyx in 2005 combining his strong believe in the power of business analytics and his experience in the Polish market. He holds the position of CEO/CFO at Analyx. In addition, he serves as a board member in two start-up companies, one of them an Analyx spin-off originally: Crowdpark is the leading provider of Social Forecasting and Social Betting Games in Europe.
Bernhard von Skerst

Bernhard von Skerst studied Psychology with focus on experimental social psychology, research methods and computer science as a minor subject at the Technical University of Berlin.
He started his career in the year 1987 with GfK's advertising research department followed by the development of research designs and client work for Sample Institute (IPSOS). Major contributions were the development and marketing of a pre-test for TV and movie productions and a market research based sales forecast tool for music records.
In 1994, Bernhard moved as a Consumer Insights Consultant to McKinsey & Company to support clients and project teams with market and customer research throughout a broad variety of industries. In 2001, Bernhard co-founded the international market research agency Dr. Parge & Partner and supported clients in various industries in Loyalty Management, advertising efficiency and new product development.
Bernhard joined the Analyx team in 2010. He is responsible for the German market where he leads a team of key account managers and serves several clients himself. Besides that, he further develops his market research concepts and analytic models with Analyx. Bernhard is a German native speaker and fluent in English.
Paweł Komorowski
Paweł studied business administration
at The Poznan University of Economics - constantly ranked the
second best business degree in Poland after Warsaw. His
specialization areas were trade and marketing.
After his studies, Mr. Komorowski worked for Zabka Poland, one of the leading retail chains in Poland with about 1400 shops. He firstly coordinated market research activities and cooperated with leading external market research facilities. Later, he assumed management responsibility for the market research department and established an additional team for market analytics. Since 2004 Paweł Komorowski worked for Amica Wronki PLC - the largest white goods manufacturer in Poland. There, he was also responsible for managing the market research and market analytics teams and the external relations with market research institutes.
Paweł Komorowski joined the management board of Analyx as a COO.
Aleksandar Ivanov

Alex Ivanov studied Economics at Dresden University of Technology, one of Germany's top Universities in Economics, Engineering and Mathematics. He specializes in quantitative methods and also conducted research at several academic institutions abroad, including Charles University in Prague and Boston University.
In the past, he consulted with high-tech companies, including Siemens and E-Plus, where he conducted applied research on advanced forecasting and simulation methods for decision support. His scientific interests include methods from mathematical statistics, computer simulation methods, artificial intelligence and nonlinear dynamics.
Alex serves Analyx as CSO where he constantly assesses and transfers advanced scientific methods from social sciences, computer science and the sciences for practical use in business and policy decision support.
