Team
In our Poznań headquarter, a team
of project managers, senior and junior analysts works together to
deliver results to our clients that meet highest standards of
quality and timeliness.
On the analyst level, our team consists of graduates that belong
to the top 10% relative to their peer group. Our colleagues mainly
come from two of the three universities in Poznań:

The Poznań University of Economics - constantly ranked second in Poland (after Warsaw) in the business and economics field: most of our econometricians, statisticians and market analyst have graduated here.

Poznań University of Technology - Poland's leading university for engineering-related subjects incl. SW engineering: all of our programmers came to us after graduating at PUT.
For especially demanding tasks regarding econometric and
statistical model building, we do employ a limited number of PhDs
in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance and Management Information
Systems. To support our core analytic work, we additionally
maintain a pool of current graduates from the aforementioned
fields.
All members of our team are fluent in English, about half of us
can speak and write German in addition.
